A-record configuration
For shops using Bang as their online website (eg www.domainname.com)
Sign in to your domain hosting company's website using the username and password associated with your domain.
Navigate to an A record maintenance page. A records are special DNS (Domain Name Service) records, and are often located under sections titled "DNS Management," "Server Configuration," or "Name Server Management." You may need to turn on advanced settings to allow editing of these A records.
Delete the 2 A records pertaining to domainname.com and www.domainname.com (if they exist)
Depending on your hosting, you may need to enter both the domain eg domainname.com and the www prefixed domain eg www.domainname.com.
If you're asked to specify the type of each record you're adding, enter "A".
