Premium Support Packs
Because anyone can setup a Bang Store for free we need to be in a position to be able to provide quality support to customers when they need it. Our premium support option lets is an extremely inexpensive way of getting technical support on the issues you have.
The support is offered on a ticket based system. Each ticket relates to a question or issue you might have. Once we have successfully answered your question, the ticket becomes closed. If there is a problem with your store that is due to a bug in the system you will not be charged for raising the issue.

For Starters
We recommend that you buy 1 premium support packs when starting off. This will covers any questions you might have along with guidance and information. Support Packs give you 2 tickets (calls / issues) for just €90.
Bug Reporting - We want your bugs
No matter how good the software there will always be bugs. Although we've heavily tested the system over the last few months we still might miss some small issues.
For every bug that someone reports to us we will give a back a premium support ticket. Real Bugs only please!
If your website has a problem or issue you can report it using our Support Helpdesk. Please note that support issues raised that are not bug related may incur a support charge.
